Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Atlas AI Operating Company software and services.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You may not use Atlas to produce or publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to bypass the terms of a connected platform, or to attempt to disrupt the service or access data belonging to other customers.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party service, your use of that service remains subject to its own terms. You are responsible for holding the rights and permissions required to publish to any destination you connect.
AI-generated output
Atlas produces output using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing output before it is published. Atlas provides approval controls for this purpose and does not warrant that generated output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence shown at purchase. Usage-dependent costs, such as AI provider consumption, are reported in your workspace run logs.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data.
