Editorial policy

Who we publish for

Our readers are owners, operators and technical leads at businesses with roughly 1–200 staff. Every article has to answer a decision those readers are actually facing: whether to adopt a tool, how to configure it, what it costs, and what breaks.

Our editorial core

We publish in three areas and decline topics outside them: AI and automation for small teams, small-business software, and cybersecurity and digital operations. We do not publish medical, prescription, insurance, tax or legal advice. Where older articles in those categories still exist, they are removed from our index and are not part of the publication going forward.

How an article is produced

1. 1. Topic selection. A topic is accepted only if it sits inside the editorial core, answers a specific reader question, and is not substantially covered by an existing article. Near-duplicates are rejected or merged into the existing piece.
2. 2. Research. We gather product documentation, published pricing, standards and first-hand configuration notes. See our research methodology.
3. 3. Drafting. Drafts are produced with AI assistance and are always structured against a defined outline rather than freeform generated.
4. 4. Automated validation. Every draft must clear an automated editorial quality gate before it can be published: minimum depth, original structure, no unfinished sections, no internal notes or template text, no off-topic material, no search-engine-first padding, and at least three distinct, real, topic-relevant authoritative sources attributed in a Sources section. A draft that fails any check is blocked from publication rather than published with a warning.
5. 5. Accountability. The AtlasProfitAI Editorial Team is accountable for every live article. Publication is authorised by a person, not triggered automatically by a page view, and reader corrections are actioned by that same accountable owner. We do not claim a multi-person newsroom or line-by-line manual copy-editing of every article: the pre-publication checks described above are automated and deterministic.
6. 6. Maintenance. Articles carry a visible published and updated date. Material factual changes trigger a revision rather than a new near-duplicate article.

Use of AI

We are explicit about this: AtlasProfitAI uses AI in its production process for research synthesis, drafting and image generation. AI is a drafting tool, not the publisher. No article reaches readers without passing the automated editorial quality gate and human accountability described above, and we do not publish AI output that contains unverified specifics, invented sources, invented testimonials or invented statistics.

Advertising independence

Advertising and affiliate relationships never determine what we cover or what we conclude. Advertising is placed by slot, not by recommendation, and no advertiser reviews our articles before publication. Full detail is in our advertising and affiliate disclosure.

Corrections

If something we published is wrong, we want to fix it. Report it through our corrections page and we will correct or retract, and note the change on the article.
